The alliance enables them to pursue new global markets as well as support the ever-increasing tourism and travel industry. Cardstream continues to strengthen its platform offering, ensuring yet more customers can pay however they wish.
Dexcom – BELL market launch
Dexcom develops, manufactures, and distributes continuous glucose monitoring systems for diabetes management.
We decided to test demand in four new markets using a direct-to-consumer ecommerce supply model, a new cross border business model for Dexcom. We scoped, developed, and built country specific ecommerce stores in local languages.
Multiple factors in this project were ground-breaking for Dexcom, from launching into new markets through pure-play ecommerce, to the flexible subscription model that provided excellent customer experience. This project has been so successful that Dexcom is rolling out many of these features into other markets globally.
DMS Matrix – China to EU/UK
DMS Matrix is recognised as the 360 degree conduit between marketplaces and the sellers across the globe. We are an experience matchmaker and enabler for marketplaces and sellers both.

nShift – after Brexit Cross Border campaign
Part of our cross border campaign was dealing with the recent changes to Brexit. nShift had to educate all our customers regardless where they were based about the changes which would affect them directly as a client. We relied on all departments to deal and tackle the campaign based on crucial information allowing customers to adopt to the new requirement for cross border shipments.
The Cross border Campaign was created to allow customers to continue to fulfil cross border sales and move shipments with seamless interference. From the new regulations. Sending goods outside a domestic market brings challenges with it.
Two parts campaign educating our customers and working with all the carriers in the library to ensure compliance was met and shipping could continue.
Our ongoing cross border campaign still holds the core values and pillars of the campaign. Our knowledge, information and nShift expertise, being the key to the success.
How effective has the campaign been? Has it been successful, we can see shippers still sending shipments which is the main indicator success. What makes our campaign stand out and a success are the following reasons:

The Gym King by Global-e – Brand awareness and international expansion campaign
Rapidly growing fitness apparel brand Gym King partnered with Global-e in July 2019, in order to better cater to its international customers, expand into new markets and drive its global online sales. After integrating with Global-e, the world leading platform for direct-to-consumer cross border ecommerce, Gym King saw a large increase in international order numbers and conversion rates, through providing shoppers in 200+ destinations worldwide with a seamless localised shopping experience.
With its website localised for international shoppers, and each market proposition set optimally to meet the unique requirements of local shoppers, Gym King launched a cross border paid media campaign with Global-e’s expert International Digital Marketing team. The objective of the cross border activity was to increase quality traffic from key international markets and enhance international brand awareness in order to promote global sales growth for increased international revenues. The campaign was launched late March 2021, running until the end of December 2021.
The cross border campaign was successful in achieving an average tracked ROAS of 411%, with revenues across the targeted markets increasing by an impressive 122% YoY.
