Ceiling Tiles Express – Guaranteed/Nominated Delivery Date
Our brief was to design and build a system for a new e-commerce website that allows customers to pick a guaranteed delivery date, including an option for “next day” delivery – a first within the industry.
The whole project was approached from a user-first perspective; our mindset was to build the best possible experience for the customer and then create the business logic and systems around this.
The outcome was a simple and intuitive tool that didn’t affect the existing checkout flow users are familiar with. It’s now being scaled up and rolled out across several other websites to help innovate delivery for customers.
DeliveryMatch – Real-Time Chain Control: From Checkout to Doorbell
The DeliveryMatch Order, Transport, and Shipping Management Software increases eCommerce sales by calculating and showing reliable delivery options, costs and CO2 emission in the webshop checkout in real-time. This increases the conversion and retention, thus sales. At the same time the software reduces logistic costs because one can manage the transport costs (buy and sell), influence the costumer to get delivered in low volume periods and the drop hit rate will increase up to 95%. Also the logistic capacity in the complete chain (warehouse and transport) is managed already as from the purchase moment up to the delivery moment. Harper – Try at Home
Online shopping often feels more like a process than an experience –a stark contrast to the exceptional service levels retailers aspire to offer their customers in store. Harper is pushing the boundaries of online shopping by enabling retailers to provide a market-leading last mile service to meet the expectations of today’s consumer.
Harper’s partnered brands include ME+EM, Jigsaw, LKBennett, Rixo, Victoria Beckham, Dior and many more. When shopping these brands, you are offered the opportunity to ‘Try at Home’ instead of paying at the checkout. You simply select an hour timeslot that works for you and confirm your order without having to pay.
When the time comes, one of Harper’s Style Concierge will arrive with your pieces. You have 40 minutes to either try on your own, or have the support of the brand trained Style Concierge in your home. Once you’ve finished, you pay for what you want to keep and the rest is taken away.
Intersoft – Lightning-Fast Label Speed
Intersoft, a leading provider of carrier management software solutions, embarked on a global expansion into China, recognizing the need to tailor its solution for seamless adoption by Chinese online retailers. The existing “Great Firewall of China” posed challenges to data processing, resulting in significant latency when generating shipping labels. The average label generation time reached up to 15 seconds, causing frustrations and delays in dispatching parcels promptly.
To address this issue, Intersoft optimized its carrier management software by implementing a cloud-based API solution, specifically designed for the unique requirements of the Chinese market. After extensive research and collaboration with partners, Intersoft devised a strategy leveraging its existing infrastructure and incorporating an Internet Content Provider (ICP) license, Cloudflare’s Argo, and China Network.
The implementation of this new solution proved highly successful. Retailers using Intersoft’s system could generate approximately 3 million labels per month without experiencing any latency issues. This represented a remarkable 93% improvement in processing speed, reducing label generation time from 15 seconds to just 1 second. As a result, parcels were dispatched faster, contributing to a seamless eCommerce experience for satisfied consumers.
The success achieved in China not only expanded Intersoft’s presence in the Chinese market but also showcased the potential of a similar approach to address latency concerns in other countries. Customers such as Cupshe, a popular fashion retailer, and PFT Logistics, a fulfilment hub, expressed their delight with Intersoft’s faster label generation, enabling them to streamline their shipping processes and achieve greater operational efficiency.

Pro Carrier, AEB, Hurricane Commerce – Accelerate Cross Border eCommerce Through Technology
Collaborating with customs software expert AEB and data enrichment specialist Hurricane, UK e-commerce delivery company Pro Carrier managed to bring down a 30% inspection rate to under 1%. They achieved this by combining Hurricane’s AI-based enrichment of retailers’ data and especially product tariff codes with AEB’s customs management platform, leading shipments through a transparent custom clearance process all the way from Pro Carrier’s warehouses to consumers’ doorsteps. Together, AEB, Hurricane and Pro Carrier made delays a thing of the past and guarantee on-time delivery for consumers in the EU and the UK.
