BEST MULTI CHANNEL MARKETING CAMPAIGN
Face the Future & Customer First Digital – #FTFONTHEROAD – Breaking Down the Barriers of Digital
When entering tougher economic times, many brands reduce or maintain investment levels, focussing on short term lower funnel channels. Face the Future (FTF) and Customer First Digital (CFD) agreed in strategy planning that we continue investing in the long-term business growth, with a unique multi channel marketing campaign. Without store presence, the ability to connect with prospective new/existing customers is extremely low (limited to skincare advisors speaking to customers by phone). As a result, #FTFONTHEROAD was created.
This campaign was a resounding success, with metrics across the funnel all being positively impacted, from brand awareness and consideration to trackable sales. The positive feedback from our existing community and new customers who had never heard of Face the Future prior to the event was also nothing short of phenomenal. The support from the brands participating was also priceless.
As a result, the principles of #FTFONTHEROAD is now a regular fixture in our annual campaign planning, taking the learnings from our debut campaign, with the team creating another unique experiential event in 2024.
Fairfax & Favor – Fairfax & Favor in support of Breast Cancer Now
For the last 9 years, Fairfax & Favor has been a proud supporter of Breast Cancer Now, releasing a new collection every year in support of the charity, and donating 100% of profits made from special-edition pieces to support the cause. With collections including multiple luxury items, such as a re-design of the brand’s signature Regina style boot in a limited-edition pink colourway, the pieces have proved extremely popular with their loyal customers, selling out just days after going on sale. Breast Cancer Now is a cause that’s particularly close to the hearts of the founders, reflected by the fact that Fairfax & Favor has donated over half a million pounds to the charity over the years, greatly helping to support those in need.
Fairfax & Favor’s annual multichannel marketing campaign for Breast Cancer Now spans print, digital press and social media. With a key objective of maximising donations and awareness, the Fairfax & Favor team took great care to carefully manage the campaign in a way that’s true and authentic to the brand, engaging press and influencers to amplify its key messaging.
