Bulk
Bulk is a retailer that specialises in providing a wide range of sports nutrition, health supplements, and related products to customers worldwide.
Over the last 12 months Bulk has completed numerous CRO and UX projects as they look to continually improve the Bulk website. One of the most successful and popular releases was the launch of Bulk™ Boost. This offering allows customers to benefit from unlimited, next-day deliveries for a period of 1 year at an extremely competitive price.
The Pixel and Bulk together explored customer journeys, such as identifying top search item user journeys, category browse behaviour to enhance the user experience and to ensure customers can find products and complete checkout with ease.
Another successful feature release was Super Size. This feature is an upselling mechanism that allows the user to make savings by easily switching to a larger product within the Basket Page

Harts of Stur
Harts of Stur is a family owned company with an ecommerce website that specialises in kitchenware and cookware, but which has also expanded into the fashion and homewares sectors over the past couple of years. Our website features a clean design that’s fast and optimised for mobile use. User-friendly navigation allows you to browse via category, department or brand, or the predictive search function will help you find what you are looking for.
The website has been designed to make placing an order as quick and easy as possible with instant checkout available via PayPal and PayPal Credit. As well as free UK delivery on orders over £50, a range of shipping methods are also available. Secure payment options include credit card, ApplePay, PayPal and PayPal Credit.
Many eCommerce companies are let down by their lack of a solid and reliable infrastructure. A fantastic looking website is great, but if it can’t be backed up by good customer service care and the reliable and timely delivery of orders, it’s very unlikely to end well. This is where we think we have the upper hand, as having a robust business infrastructure has always been a key element of our business strategy.
